Service Description
Pasal.id provides free access to structured Indonesian legal data. The platform includes regulation search, article reading, and bookmark features.
Eligibility
The service is open to everyone. Account creation requires OAuth login (Google).
User Accounts
Each person may only have one account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
Acceptable Use
You may not: scrape beyond rate limits, redistribute the structured database in its entirety, or impersonate others.
Intellectual Property
Regulation text is public domain under Indonesia's Copyright Law (UU No. 28/2014, Article 13). However, the structured data and database organization are Pasal.id's work product.
Data Accuracy
Data is extracted from official PDFs on a best-effort basis. This platform is not legal advice. Always verify with official sources for legal certainty.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pasal.id is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
Termination
Pasal.id may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through the Central Jakarta District Court.
Language
In case of discrepancy between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
