Layanan Publik yang Bersifat Komersial dalam bentuk digital sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 19 ayat (1) huruf b meliputi:
a. audio/video streaming;
b. audio/video download;
c. simulcast/webcast;
d. video on demand/over the top;
e. online/web radio; dan
f. live event streaming.
