Peraturan-peraturan yang termaktub dalam "UNDANG-UNDANG Darurat tentang peraturan tambahan istirahat luar negeri" (UNDANG-UNDANG Darurat NO. 23 tahun 1950, dimuat dalam Lembaran Negara NO. 38 tahun 1950) ditetapkan sebagai UNDANG-UNDANG dengan perubahan-perubahan dan tambahan-tambahan sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:
