Pada saat UNDANG-UNDANG ini mulai berlaku, UNDANG-UNDANG Nomor 21 Tahun 2O06 tentang Pengesahan Persetujuan antara Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Republik India tentang Kegiatan Kerja Sama di Bidang Pertahanan (Agreement behpeen tle Gouernment of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Gouernment of the Republic of India on Cooperatiue Actiuities in the Field of Defenel, (Lembaran Negara Republik INDONESIA Tahun 2006 Nomor L22, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Nomor 4672), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
