Kabupaten Simeulue terdiri atas wilayah :
a. Kecamatan Simeulue Timur;
b. Kecamatan Simeulue Tengah;
c. Kecamatan Simeulue Barat;
d. Kecamatan Teupah Selatan; dan
e. Kecamatan Salang.
