Kabupaten Nias terdiri atas 10 (sepuluh) Kecamatan, yaitu:
a. Kecamatan Hiliduho;
b. Kecamatan Gido;
c. Kecamatan Idanogawo;
d. Kecamatan Bawolato;
e. Kecamatan Hiliserangkai;
f. KecamatanBotomuzoi;
g. Kecamatan Ulugawo;
h. Kecamatan Ma'u;
i. Kecamatan Somolo-molo; dan
j. Kecamatan Sogae'adu.
