Beberapa ketentuan dalam Peraturan PRESIDEN Nomor 60 Tahun 2012 tentang Wakil Menteri (Lembaran Negara Republik INDONESIA Tahun 2012 Nomor 129) sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan PRESIDEN Nomor 134 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan PRESIDEN Nomor 60 Tahun 2012 (Lembaran Negara Republik INDONESIA Tahun 2014 Nomor 272) diubah sebagai berikut:
