Dengan berlakunya Peraturan PRESIDEN ini, Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 82 Tahun 1996 tentang Pengesahan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Republic of Finland on the Promotion and the Protection of Investments (Lembaran Negara Republik INDONESIA Tahun 1996 Nomor 95), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
