Majelis Kehormatan Mahkamah Konstitusi tetap melaksanakan tugas sampai dengan terbentuknya Majelis Kehormatan Hakim Konstitusi berdasarkan PERATURAN PEMERINTAH Pengganti UNDANG-UNDANG ini.
9. Bab VIII Ketentuan Penutup ditambah 1 (satu) pasal, yakni Pasal 87B sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut:
