(1) Sistem Provisioning terdiri atas spesifikasi:
a. sistem proprietary; dan
b. Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA).
(2) Sistem proprietary sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a bersifat eksklusif antara 1 (satu) sistem dan sistem lainnya.
(3) Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA) sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b memiliki kategori:
a. Perangkat Konsumen;
b. Perangkat M2M; dan
c. Perangkat IoT.
