Penguji Tipe Kendaraan Bermotor sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 terdiri atas:
a. Penguji Tipe Kendaraan Bermotor tingkat I;
b. Penguji Tipe Kendaraan Bermotor tingkat II;
c. Penguji Tipe Kendaraan Bermotor tingkat III; dan
d. Penguji Tipe Kendaraan Bermotor tingkat IV.
