Dengan Peraturan Daerah ini dibentuk PT BPR BKK JATENG (Perseroda) yang merupakan penggabungan 27 (dua puluh tujuh) PD BKK di Jawa Tengah sebagai berikut:
a. PD BKK Bandar;
b. PD BKK Banjarnegara;
c. PD BKK Brebes;
d. PD BKK Butuh;
e. PD BKK Dempet;
f. PD BKK Eromoko;
g. PD BKK Kajen;
h. PD BKK Kaliori;
i. PD BKK Karanganyar;
j. PD BKK Karangmoncol;
k. PD BKK Kendal Kota;
l. PD BKK Kertek;
m. PD BKK Kesugihan;
n. PD BKK Mojosongo;
o. PD BKK Pasar Kliwon;
p. PD BKK Pekalongan Utara;
q. PD BKK Pemalang;
r. PD BKK Purwokerto Selatan;
s. PD BKK Sidorejo;
t. PD BKK Slawi;
u. PD BKK Sruweng;
