(1) STNK Rahasia dan STNK Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 70 ayat (7) huruf a dan ayat (8) huruf a, paling sedikit memuat:
a. NRKB;
b. nama pemilik;
c. NIK/TDP/NIB/ kartu izin tinggal tetap/kartu izin tinggal sementara;
d. alamat pemilik;
e. merek;
f. tipe;
g. jenis;
h. model;
i. tahun pembuatan;
j. isi silinder/daya listrik;
k. warna;
l. nomor rangka;
m. nomor mesin;
n. nomor BPKB;
o. masa berlaku;
p. warna TNKB;
q. tahun registrasi;
r. bahan bakar/sumber energi;
s. kode lokasi; dan
t. nomor urut register.
(2) STNK Khusus dan STNK Rahasia berlaku selama 1 (satu) tahun sejak tanggal diterbitkan.
