Jenis Tarif berdasarkan sistem sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 11 huruf a, penghitungan Tarif dilakukan dengan pendekatan:
a. sistem perangko (postage stamp system);
b. sistem jarak (distance system);
c. sistem masuk-keluar (entry-exit system); atau
d. sistem Tarif tertentu.
