(1) Laporan Kinerja semester sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 19 ayat (1) huruf a merupakan laporan monitoring capaian Kinerja semester.
(2) Laporan Kinerja semester sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) terdiri atas:
a. Laporan Kinerja semester Settap;
b. Laporan Kinerja semester Unit Kerja Eselon I; dan
c. Laporan Kinerja semester Unit Kerja Eselon II.
(3) Laporan Kinerja semester Settap sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) huruf a disusun seluruh Unit Kerja dan ditandatangani Sekretaris paling lambat 1 (satu) bulan setelah periode pelaporan semester.
(4) Laporan Kinerja semester Unit Kerja Eselon I sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) huruf b disusun oleh seluruh Unit Kerja Eselon I dan ditandatangani pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon I paling lambat 25 (dua puluh lima) hari setelah periode pelaporan semester.
(5) Laporan Kinerja semester Unit Kerja Eselon II sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) huruf c disusun oleh pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon II dan ditandatangani pimpinan Unit Kerja Eselon II paling lambat 20 (dua puluh) hari setelah periode pelaporan semester.
