(1) Dinas Pangan tipe B sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1) huruf b terdiri atas:
a. 1 (satu) sekretariat: dan
b. paling banyak 3 (tiga) bidang;
(2) Sekretariat sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a terdiri atas 1 (satu) subbagian Kelompok JF.
(3) Bidang sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b terdiri atas Kelompok JF dan pelaksana.
