(1) Dinas pangan tipe A sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat (1) huruf a terdiri atas:
a. 1 (satu) sekretariat;
b. paling banyak 4 (empat) bidang; dan
c. Kelompok JF.
(2) Sekretariat sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a terdiri atas Kelompok JF dan 1 (satu) subbagian
(3) Bidang sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b terdiri atas Kelompok JF dan pelaksana.
