(1) Dalam hal Arsip yang telah ditetapkan sebagai MKB memiliki signifikansi dunia, ANRI dapat mengusulkan dalam Program Memory of the World Regional Committee for Asia/Pacific atau Memory of the World.
(2) Kriteria signifikansi dunia sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) mengacu pada general guidelines of Memory of the World programme.
