Mengesahkan Protocol on the Extension of the Co-operation Agreement between INDONESIA, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand - Member Countries of the Association of the South-East Asian Nations - and the European Economic Community to Brunei Darussalam, yang telah ditandatangani di Dublin pada tanggal 15 Nopember 1984, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Negara-negara INDONESIA, Malaysia, Philipina, Singapura, Thailand, dan Brunei Darussalam (ASEAN) dan masyarakat Ekonomi Eropa (the European Economic Community) sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
