Mengesahkan Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Czech Republic yang telah ditandatangani Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA di Jakarta pada tanggal 23 Mei 1994 beserta Protocol to the 1994 Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Czech Republic yang telah ditandatangani di Praha, Cheko pada tanggal 6 Maret 2000, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Republik Cheko yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
