Mengesahkan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Republic of Mauritius for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, yang telah ditandatangani Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA di Jakarta, pada tanggal 10 Desember 1996 sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Republik Mauritius yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggeris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
