Mengesahkan Agreement on Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Republic of Lebanon, yang telah ditandatangani Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA di Beirut, Lebanon, pada tanggal 12 Agustus 1999, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Republik Lebanon yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
