Mengesahkan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of New Zealand for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, beserta Protocol, yang telah ditandatangani di Wellington, Selandia Baru, pada tanggal 25 Maret 1987, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemeritnah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Selandia Baru, yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
