Mengesahkan Convention between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the United States of America for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, beserta Protocol, yang telah ditandatangani di Jakarta, pada tanggal 11 Juli 1988, sebagai hasil perunding an antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Amerika Serikat, yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggeris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
