Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 41 Tahun 1973 tentang Daerah Industri Pulau Batam yang telah beberapa kali diubah dengan Keputusan PRESIDEN :
a. Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 45 Tahun 1978;
b. Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 58 Tahun 1989;
c. Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 94 Tahun 1998;
d. Keputusan PRESIDEN Nomor 113 Tahun 2000;
diubah sebagai berikut :
1. Ketentuan Pasal 3 ayat (2) diubah dan ditambah 1 (satu) ayat yaitu ayat (3), sehingga keseluruhan Pasal 3 berbunyi sebagai berikut :
