Pengesahan Protocol on the Extension of the Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and the Member Countries of ASEAN to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, telah ditandatangani Pemerintah Republik INDONESIA di Singapura, pada tanggal 15 Pebruari 1997, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Negara-negara Anggota ASEAN dan Masyarakat Eropa (The European Community) yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggeris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
