Mengesahkan Convention between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income beserta Protocolnya, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Negara Republik INDONESIA dan Pemerintah Kerajaan Denmark yang telah ditandatangani di Jakarta, pada tanggal 28 Desember 1985, yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris sebagaimana terlampir pada Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
