Mengesahkan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of INDONESIA and the Government of the Republic of Korea regarding the Establishment of a Vocational Training Center in the Republic of INDONESIA, yang telah ditandatangani di Jakarta pada tanggal 5 Pebruari 1986, sebagai hasil perundingan antara Delegasi-delegasi Pemerintah Negara- negara Republik INDONESIA dan Republik Korea yang salinan naskah aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris sebagaimana terlampir dalam Keputusan PRESIDEN ini.
